RAHUL KAMATH'S MARKETING EVALUATIONS

Understanding customers and understanding the company environment are important in delivering value and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. I have found that this principle works wonders within the business environment, but also extends beyond it as well. In fact, I employed this central concept of marketing as an instructor in Marketing Management at the University of Wisconsin.

In addition to my 4.8/5.0 evaluation average (96%!) on evaluations, I received the following comments from students (i.e. my customers) over the two-year period in which I served as an instructor. I'm proud of these comments, because they convey the effectiveness of my people management skills, my ability to communicate in an engaging and thought-provoking manner, and my solid understanding of marketing management. I think it also shows my ability to recognize and respond quickly to customer needs!

I think Rahul really tried to make the course interesting in his presentations and go over concepts in class, especially ones that might have been difficult. Rahul was helpful and helped me learn more about marketing, which is what I wanted. Rahul was really good at clearing up ambiguous assignments by the professor. The emails he send were always helpful.

OUTSTANDING TA
Rahul gave great feedback on the exams and discussion questions. He also made sure everyone understood the online quizes.
I would take another class with Rahul as the instructor but not necessarily in the marketing field [as] I don't feel like non-marketing majors gain anything from Marketing 300.
Ray is the best TA that I've had in the business school. He had unique teaching methods, was very knowledgeable, and stimulated interest. Much better than lecture.
